Holiday Home Services
This is for property owners who do not wish to rent their properties out but would like someone to look after their property whilst the property is not in use.

This service is exclusively for supporting owner’s visits and excludes providing any services for anyone other than the owner.

GOLFSANJUAN S.L currently have over €10 million worth of property in our portfolio under management and we are the number one provider of management services to the holiday home industry in the our lovely village of San Juan de los Terreros on the beautiful Almeria coast.

By taking away the headaches concerning cleaning, changeovers and dealing with regular maintenance issues we have enabled many second homeowners to enjoy long distance property ownership with peace of mind.
 

The growth in the number of second homeowners and the increase in the number of quality self catering properties has created the need for a locally based and reputable management company to provide customers with a full range of quality back up and support services.

Not everyone wants to rent out their property but it is always advisable to have someone locally whom you can trust to keep you property in tip top condition ready for when you or your family come to stay. Our key holding services are tailored to your exact individual requirements and can involve any or all of the following services:

Key Holding and management services
You may give our number to family/friends in case they have problem that needs solving (ie they have locked themselves out - a common thing). General management services and on hand contacts with 7 years experience owning and managing property in San Juan de los Terreros.

Monthly Property & Inventory Checks
We can arrange maintenance works tailored to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the job involved. Our regular property inspections will let us know if any routine maintenance is needed either on the property or on any appliances and we will inform our owners of any necessary works involved.
 

Client meet and greet if needed.
If you would rather have us meet your family with keys and show them into the property this can be arranged at a charge [TBC] per time. This charge also includes us being on hand for advice or problems that arise and are happy to share our extensive knowledge of the local area, recommendations for best beaches and restaurants.


Linen Rental if required
Bed linen is provided normally at the expense of the incoming client, they can rent from us and pay at the end of their stay, or we can add to your owners running account. The beds are made up before arrival, and stripped and laundered after the guests have gone. We can provide our own linen if you want to keep yours for yourself, laundry prices are as follows...
 

Sheets per bed 10 Euros (pillow case, bottom sheet, top sheet)
Towels per set 10 Euro (bath, hand + face towel)

Pre-clean before and complete clean after use.

Our cleaning services are thorough and second to none, mirrors, taps, floors, cupboards, terrace etc as standard.
Prices are calculated on a ber property basis so please contact us to arrange a visit to discuss.
 

Pool and garden Maintenance
Our pool and garden maintenance packages are tailored to suit your individual requirements,

Travel Cot per week 10 Euros

Keyholding for non renting is 20€ per month payable 6 months in advance.

Owners requirements

We will require two sets of keys.

Please keep us updated regarding any bookings you take.

Please check that your property insurance allows for public liability and theft included.

For the safety of your guests, we advise a first aid box, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
