If you like sunbathing, Mar de Pulpi is an excellent option as it is located in front of the beaches of La Entrivista and Los Nordos and also very close to the beaches of: San Juan de losTerreros; Mar Serena; Mad Sea; Calypso; La Higüerica; La Carolina and Las Calas de la Tía Antonia; Cala Cuartel and Cala Cerrada.

For a little culture, 1.5 kilometres from Mar de Pulpi is the heart of San Juan de losTerreros, where you can find all kinds of shops and services. A few minutes down the road by car and you can find Aguilas, which offers the kinds of amenities you'd expect from a big city. Mar de Pulpi itself offers a shopping mall with several restaurants, a gym and a small supermarket.
