Terms and Conditions and How to make a reservation with us.

1. You can easily see all of the property we have on our books by looking through the links on the relevant section, each page has prices and an availability calendar which is ALWAYS up to date. If you are unsure about a date please feel free to email us and ask for more information or confirmation. Always contact us if a property doesnt quite fit your family size or needs, we are always happy to try and accommodate you. We may be able to suggest another property which would be better for you. Once you have settled on a date and wish to proceed please goto the next step.

2. Email us with the following information:
Property details and dates you wish to book.
Name, Address, Contact telephone numbers. please also confirm number of adults and children.
We will then check everything over and send you a booking confirmation sheet which gives you details of terms and conditions, when and how much to pay and our bank details.

3. Once you have made the payment please email us so we can confirm to you we are in reciept of your deposit or balance payment. If you have your flight itinery at this time send us that by email too so we can keep all this information on your booking file.
 

You can pay us by making a transfer from your own bank account directly into our Spanish bank account. Just ask in your own bank or building society branch and they will organise this for you. Usually this incurrs a small charge and only takes a few days extra to show on our statement. Please notify us once you have authorised this payment so we can check our online banking system.

4. We will always contact you in advance to see if you require a food welcome pack or extra things in case of your flight getting in late. We will of course know in advance of your arrival if you require the hire of bed linen and/or towels and the rooms will be made up for you.

When you arrive, give us a call and we will meet you and take you to the property, it is at this time we will answer any questions about the property and take your cash security bond/deposit.

If you need us at any time during your stay we are only ever 5 minutes away and will help you as best we can.

On the day of departure we will come to meet you and check over the accommodation, it is then we will return your security deposit and give directions back to the airport etc if you need it.
